"Considered by many as one of the strongest pound per pound player in the world" RITC Training Center (Former name Brausa) was founded in 1996. Roland Sarria has developed some the best BJJ players, Grapping players, MMA fighters in state of Arizona, including Current UFC Veteran Joe Riggs, Gilbert Aldana, and Edwin Dewess, along with hundreds of RITC veterans.

I was fortunate to be one of the pioneers of MMA Training, and promoting. I first started training in the summer of 1994 at the Rickson Gracie Academy in West Los Angeles in California. I've competed against the best in world in BBJ including against Mundial Champion Fernando "Margarita" Pontes, and many other top world level BBJ players in my career. I trained with likes of Rickson Gracie, Rodrigo Gracie, Eric Paulson, John Lober to name a few.

People ask me all the time did you really train those three UFC veterans, I say yes I did, I started training Edwin Dewess at the age of 17 years all the way to the UFC when he fought Rich Franklin. Joe Riggs was my student at the age of 17 years as well till to 3 months before his UFC debut. Gilbert Aldana is still my student currently.

Now being in my 40's, and Full-time promoting, I'm having a hard time to train and compete, but yet I time to compete in Grapplers Quest 2004 to a first place win in my division.

Now go train!
